🧹 Housekeeper
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
We are looking for a diligent and reliable Housekeeper to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests/residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of cleaning duties in assigned areas (e.g., guest rooms, common areas, offices), including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish toiletries and other amenities as required.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchenettes thoroughly following established health and safety protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a neat and organized supply cart and storage area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience in a housekeeping, cleaning, or similar role (hotel or commercial experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, supplies, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift necessary supplies and equipment.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
