๐ Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and proactive approach, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and/or chat messages promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about products or services, technical support, and pricing.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests according to company procedures.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer follow-up.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [Specify Local Language, e.g., Odia/Hindi].
- Strong listening skills and a professional, empathetic phone manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
